Eve is a director of Bombadil Studios Ltd, the business behind The Ink Factory and Pierced. Alongside her two business partners, she oversees a team of approximately 70 employees and contractors, with a focus on developing the businesses and scaling the Pierced brand.
Founded in 2014, The Ink Factory brings together tattooing, barbering and piercing services. The launch of Pierced in 2019 established a dedicated brand specialising in piercing and jewellery, creating a platform for further growth.
Originally from Moscow, Eve completed her BSc in Event Management in 2010. Her background also includes producing and presenting a series for Dublin Community Television, exploring the city through the experiences of Dubliners from migrant backgrounds — a series that shared their connection to Dublin with audiences in Ireland and overseas.
Eve brings experience in business ownership, brand development and managing a diverse team of employees and independent practitioners. Her earlier work in events and broadcasting adds a perspective on communication, creativity and community. Outside work, her interests include art, ceramics, cycling and meditation.
